2018 Week 13 Challenges

After a long time, I felt calm and happy. The highlight of this week was reading a path breaking book while I was doing research to write my book. Apart from that, singing came to rescue me from stress as always.
 

Review of Week 12

 
1.Book of the week: Think and grow rich
 
This book took me a level deeper on my understanding of affirmations. It is not about just doing the affirmation as mentioned in ‘The Secret’ but you need to breathe in an emotion, faith and plan to the affirmation. It was quite motivating. Now I understand why this book is called one of the best motivational books.
 
2.Course of the week: Introduction to Psychology
 
I just did a few important topics and left the remaining.
 
3.Habit of the Week: Stay positive
 
In midst of all commotion, it was tough. But I still gave my best to look at the positive side of my life. Also, I learnt at a deeper level on what it takes to stay positive.
 
4.Write book
 
Even though I had not written much, I read enough to gather points to write. I am happy with the progress I made.
 

Challenges for Week 13

 
1.Book of the week: The power of intention
 
It is one among the list of books for March. Hoping to learn something new in this book too.
 
2.Course of the week: Positive Psychology – Resilience Skills
 
As a part of the positive thinking learning, I want to try out this course.
 
3.Habit of the Week: Fear tracker
 
A lot of the negativity stems from fears. “What if!” That one statement is sufficient to pull you back in life. I will make a note of all the ‘what ifs’ which I come across in the day.
 
4.Write book
 
I need to increase the number of words per day to 1000 now to make progress. Hoping to discover a lot more interesting things in this journey.

  1. Previous week i felt little low or i can say lot of negative thought were there due to which i was not able to concentrate on my project…
    My highlights of week 12:
    1)i read my book on power of subconscious mind which was little relief…
    2)i track my food and found that i eat a lot when i am stressed…
    3)i didn’t worked on solving a program a day…i didn’t solve single question a week.
    4)i was regular on my morning routine of running…
    Plans for week 13:
    1)continue my book power of subconscious mind…
    2)i am gonna stay positive this week.
    3)i will eat upto 1000 calories a day to lose weight.
    4)i will definitely solve a program everyday.
    5)and this week i am gonna add 10 minutes meditation in my morning routine….
