Transform your Beliefs Workshop

The workshop was excellent in every way. I learned about healthy and unhealthy coping strategies, as well as the concept of victim mentality and how I was attracting and projecting it on a regular basis recently. I now have a better understanding of my current patterns and beliefs, as well as where they came from, as a result of this workshop. Guided Meditation Workshop for Beginners

Nikitha’s techniques for helping beginners meditate are very different and really guides you through the process. I have started meditating daily with the help of Nikitha’s sessions. It’s helping me even after the workshop based on all the learning, in slowing my thoughts and understanding my anxieties/emotions. Meditation really changes your life. Even doing it for 10-15 mins a day can really have a positive impact throughout the day.

I found my purpose

I reached out to Nikitha to help me find my purpose and after each session I felt “I am learning so much about myself”. I have a well earning job but I felt I was wasting away my time after work. I could have done a lot of things. My purpose went from teaching school children to being someone who wants to spread awareness on staying healthy.
