Hi, I’m Nikitha.
I help high-functioning adults who tend to over-function — constantly holding things together for others while feeling scattered and depleted themselves.
For years, I lived the same way. I did multiple jobs, took care of the household, and was always available for others. I was capable and reliable, but inside, my energy was spread thin. My days were full, yet I felt disconnected from myself and unclear about what truly deserved my attention.
Decluttering my emotional and mental load changed everything. It helped me see which responsibilities were driven by old habits and which ones were actually meaningful. As I released what wasn’t mine to carry, my focus returned — not as effort, but as clarity. I could finally direct my energy toward what mattered instead of constantly reacting.
Today, I guide people through gentle, structured processes to release emotional and mental clutter, rebuild inner capacity, and restore focus — with compassion, clarity, and practicality. My work combines identity-level awareness and NLP-based tools to help people stop over-functioning and start living with intention.
