The problem with monthly challenges was it takes too much time to assess if I am on the right path or not. At a week level, it is easy to track.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So here we go<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>1.Book of the week: <a href=\"http:\/\/lensq.com\/lomw\" rel=\"nofollow\">Fluent in 3 Months<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has only 156 pages which I can break down to 22 pages per day. The challenge is to make clear and actionable goals from the book. This book plays a role in contributing to the bigger goal of this year which is to speak Tamil and French fluently.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>2.Course of the week: Viral Marketing and How to Craft Contagious Content<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I started this course last week\u00a0 to learn marketing. Aim is to complete anywhere between 30 &#8211; 60 minutes of the course. I can definitely spend 5 to 10 minutes on this everyday.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>3.Habit of the week: Food Tracker<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even though I started this habit before, I lost the habit of entering things into it in the middle. This week I want to get back into this habit. To form any habit, there are 3 steps to it. <\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Trigger<\/strong> : Eating food is the trigger<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Habit<\/strong> : Entering the details<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reward<\/strong>: Envisioning fat loss<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>4.Exercise Routine<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Warm up <\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-658\" src=\"http:\/\/lensq.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/warm-up.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"147\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Yoga<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surya namaskaras &#8211; 4 times<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Virabadrasana<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ustrasana<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Janu sirasana<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sethu bandasana<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Pranayamam<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anulom Vilom &#8211; 3 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kapalbathi &#8211; 2 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>5.Behavioral change: Pamper self<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I chase perfection. I am too hard on myself. So I will tell myself that it is okay to fail. I will be nice to me like the way I am nice to others. I will do the favours to myself which I do to others. This way I will stop criticizing myself all the time. <\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to measure it?<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I will write down the good things I did for myself. I will also write where I failed to be nice. <\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>6.Socializing:<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am known as the silent person. In order to change that image, last year I spoke to nearly 100 strangers. A few of them are now really good friends. Now the goal is to make friends with people who I can spend time with. I will find 4 people to talk to for at least 5 minutes everyday for this week to see how this is going to help.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s it for the first week.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What change do you want to see in yourself this week?<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Happy Week 1 !<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is exciting to start the weekly challenges.
