The highlight of this week was reading a path breaking book while I was doing research to write my book. Apart from that, singing came to rescue me from stress as always.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review of Week 12<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>1.Book of the week: Think and grow rich<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This book took me a level deeper on my understanding of affirmations. It is not about just doing the affirmation as mentioned in \u2018The Secret\u2019 but you need to breathe in an emotion, faith and plan to the affirmation. It was quite motivating. Now I understand why this book is called one of the best motivational books.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2<\/strong>.<\/span><b>Course of the week: Introduction to Psychology<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I just did a few important topics and left the remaining.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>3<\/strong>.<\/span><b>Habit of the Week: Stay positive<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In midst of all commotion, it was tough. But I still gave my best to look at the positive side of my life. Also, I learnt at a deeper level on what it takes to stay positive.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>4.Write book<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even though I had not written much, I read enough to gather points to write. I am happy with the progress I made.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Challenges for Week 13<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>1.Book of the week: The power of intention<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is one among the list of books for March. Hoping to learn something new in this book too.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>2.Course of the week: Positive Psychology &#8211; Resilience Skills<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a part of the positive thinking learning, I want to try out this course.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>3.Habit of the Week: Fear tracker<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lot of the negativity stems from fears. \u201cWhat if!\u201d That one statement is sufficient to pull you back in life. I will make a note of all the \u2018what ifs\u2019 which I come across in the day. <\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>4.Write book<\/b><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I need to increase the number of words per day to 1000 now to make progress. Hoping to discover a lot more interesting things in this journey.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is all for the next week.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How was your week 12?
